The sessions given within the training program consist of cardio kick boxing, squat squad, ultimate fitness conditioning and boxing classes. Each class is offered for new students as well as those who are advanced, allowing each student to work at their own pace. In the cardio kick boxing class, students learn ways to correctly punch and kick besides being an awesome workout program, it helps teach proper self-defense strategy the same time. The class also teaches you in partner drills with other students kicking and punching the pads where your partner holds them.. The class moves at a fast pace in order to guarantee that you are losing a high number of calories while toning and strengthening your entire body. The boxing class, the same as our kick boxing class, teaches you how to hit the heavy bag. All of our teachers who teach the classes are also expert fighters and their coaching design is based upon their own training exercise for when they are preparing for a fight. The boxing and kickboxing concentrate on cardio and losing calories while our conditioning boot camp session and squat squad include more weights and strength training. The strength building work outs focuses on using free weights, bar bells, sleds, agility ladders, etc. These classes not only help builds muscles, but also help with increasing your stamina.

The cardio kick boxing, conditioning and boxing classes are all full body work outs whereas the squat squad class focuses only on the lower body muscles and is a weight lifting class. Squat squad consists of deadlifts concentrating on strengthening your legs and tightening your butt along with other various exercises using weights. The class moves at a slower pace as opposed to the other sessions in the program, but still gives and excellent exercise and helps burn fat and calories effectively. The classes in the Ladies only physical fitness program are not the only sessions females can take, we offer co-ed MMA fighting classes too. Everyone that's a part of the Women's physical fitness program are all aspiring towards the same objective, to benefit themselves. The classes in Women's fitness program are designed to burn anywhere between 700-1000 calories per class.
